Leadership

LoanCare is proud of the executive team leading our company. Their knowledge, vision and experience has driven extraordinary growth over the past five years and positioned us to remain among the three largest subservicers for many years to come.

David Worrall

Dave Worrall is the President of LoanCare. His passion for delivering experiences that exceed expectations has powered LoanCare’s service innovation, operational excellence and world class customer support.

Prior to joining LoanCare, Dave was President of RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation. Dave also held senior leadership roles in loan servicing at Citigroup, Fannie Mae and GMAC-RFC. While at Fannie Mae, Dave worked directly with the Department of the Treasury on the Making Home Affordable programs.

Dave earned his MBA from Texas A&M University as a Ford Distinguished Scholar. Dave also holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Florida State University.

Mike Blair

Mike Blair is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mike’s one mission, one team approach has led to the development of an exemplary operations support team. Mike brings more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry to his role with deep expertise in servicing, default, and loss mitigation.

Mike previously served as Chief Administrative Officer for LoanCare, responsibilities included the strategic direction of subservicing technologies. Prior experience includes executive roles with Cenlar and Key Bank.

Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from St. Joseph’s College.

Vicki Brown

Vicki Brown is Executive Vice President of Client Relations. Vicki has spent 25 of her 32 years in the servicing industry with LoanCare. She leads a team of relationship management specialists focused on driving operational excellence for LoanCare’s most important affiliations, our subservicing clients.

Vicki oversees all aspects of client relations from the sales process and solution implementation to ongoing program management.

David Callahan

David Callahan is Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. He has over 30 years of experience leading major digital transformation, technology due diligence and delivering powerful B2C and B2B solutions. David provides strategic leadership to ensure operational services to the business are being supported in a timely, impactful and cost-effective manner.

Previously, David served as SVP of Mortgage Servicing Technology at Mr. Cooper. He was responsible for the modernization and digital transformation of technology including mobile and cloud services. Results increased operational efficiency, enhanced cyber security, data management and analytics.

David earned his MBA in Technology Management at the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.

Michael O’Connor

Michael O’Conner is Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He leads a team of legal specialists across all functions related to the financial services industry.

Previously, Michael was Chief Legal Counsel of Mortgage for PNC Bank and held a senior position in the legal department of BBVA Compass Bank. His responsibilities spanned all legal aspects of their mortgage division.

During his 22 years in private practice, Michael advised most of the major mortgage lenders in the Southeastern United States. He served as General Counsel to the Mortgage Bankers of Alabama for over 20 years and has been active in the Mortgage Bankers of America since 1989.

Michael earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama’s School of Law, and obtained an undergraduate degree in Labor Relations/Organizational Behavior from the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce.

Rodney Moss

Rodney is Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. He leads the continued growth of LoanCare’s portfolio of strategic subservicing relationships. In addition to leading business development efforts, Rodney also directs product strategy for the organization leveraging his more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Previously, Rodney served as SVP of Sales and Business Development for the lender-placed insurance division of National General Insurance and Flagstar Bank. Prior years were spent in leadership roles at Ocwen Loan Servicing and in the debt capital markets division of SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.

Rodney earned his bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

James Lauter

Jim Lauter is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He leads accounting and finance teams in planning and reporting on business activities. Jim is focused on operating efficiencies, productivity improvements, quality assurance and compliance management. His procedures, requirements and guidelines ensure optimal operational performance for clients, investors and LoanCare.

Previously, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer at Home Loan Servicing Solutions and held senior financial roles at Mr. Cooper Group, Ocwen Financial Corporation and AT&T. Most recently, he leveraged his skills and expertise to assist clients with complex finance, accounting, capital markets, strategic and operational challenges for Strategic Financial Insights.

James earned his bachelor’s of business administration from Georgia State University.

Anshul Aggarwal

Anshul Aggarwal is Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. In this role, Anshul leads risk management, auditor relations, quality control and compliance initiatives as well as responsibilities to identify, measure, monitor, and control risk.

Anshul has over 15 years of experience in the banking and consumer finance industry. His expertise includes planning and execution within risk and control frameworks, conducting comprehensive audits, business analysis, process improvements, and enterprise risk management.

Previously, Anshul served as the Servicing Senior Risk Officer at Caliber Home Loans where he was responsible for enhancing risk assessments. The risk model he developed served as a catalyst for their enterprise-wide risk management framework.

Anshul earned a MBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting and Finance from the University of Delhi.

Jerry McCoy

Jerry is Senior Vice President of Performance Management. In this role, Jerry provides the strategic direction for transforming performance reporting, portfolio insights and capabilities in data analytics. Jerry has over 25 years of experience in developing data-driven solutions for the financial services industry.

Previously, Jerry held leadership positions with Nationstar Mortgage, JP Morgan Chase and Fannie Mae.

Jerry earned has bachelor’s of science in Mathematics from the College of Charleston.
